Hey daniel, I got a spare supercharger wich i am rebuilding at the moment. I also bought a rebuild kit from jonbondperformance.com. How did you fit the front rotor bearings? Did you use the retainer rings or did you do some loctite on the bearings?

Hi Phaebo

I used a hydraulic press. It is a must when doing this rebuild.

Yes I used the retainer rings by TIG welding them.

I have a bit of photos of my rebuild on a Danish car site. Heres a link http://www.bilgalleri.dk/fotoalbum/tunin...renovering

You may have to register :-(

Yes you press the shafts out of the rotors. Yep thats the main car mods site here in Denmark :-).
No not really. Just make sure to mark the rotors and gears while disassembling and just take your time with it. But you will need a press.
