Hi Gary, 30mm TTE springs, but i reckon they are more like 35mm :thumbup:

finally some real progress

My new grooved discs are getting fitted today and hopefuly if my mechanic gets time he may also fit my TTE springs finally some real progress

Got my new grooved discs fitted and must say they really improve braking. It has also stopped the juddering issue I had. The discs were completely warped :angry:
Still awaiting springs to be fitted which is a pain seeing as I have had them now for a month
Not sure now where I want this car to go as I need to focus money into the imp however it just isnt quick enough and miss the acceleration from my CTR (which after 4 months is still not sold!). I may also lose the stickers on the back as not sure I am that keen on them after all.

If it was me i would get the Lex looking nice and clean with a couple more mods then concentrate on the imp. Your basically in the same position i am. I love my lex but its just so underpowered! The money it takes to get big power is just crazy and i would rather spend the money on something a LOT faster.
Sarah now drives my lexus 99% of the time and i get very few miles in it as she loves it more than i do! This means i get here yaris 1.0, which is pretty slow! Not all bad though as it makes me want power so bad that i end up working harder on the buggy to get the power.
When you do finally sell the Civic you will just be left with the lexus which is ideal for cruising about looking pimp:thumbup: but the lack of power should fuel your desire to finish the imp even more. and you will enjoy driving the imp that much more as it will feel SOOOOOO fast in comparison to your every day car...............or at least thats my theory!
I think you need to come and visit the buggy Tim and we can have a chat, give you a chance to check my lexus out as well and hopefully help you decide direction! Im next up there on Saturday 2nd October if thats any good for you?

Excellent plan batman. I think I will have to move the rear bulkhead back few inches to fit
