Guys I'm after Flywheel but not sure what I'm looking for or what I need
ie, lightweight, engine number etc. i have looked on the forum but i need someone to point me in the right way.

searched the net but just can;t find anything, if I do I'm confused with all the facts a figures

Also I'm after a Clutch, I know I just changed it but I'm not happy reusing it again. What would got best with the flywheel that I might get

The Fensport stage 1 is good for 300BHP/280NM Torque and is smooth. stevie uses this one and I did also have the same set up.

The Exedy one won;t be man enough for yours Jay, I had one fitted, it was OK for genital acceleration but slipped under hard work - thats why I know the Fensport one is spot on!!
