dimis since they are fitted on a very heavy car with over 350bhp.

Over 350?! I think you mean over 250 mate Wink They are mostly around the 280 figure.

im looking to upgrade my brakes but dont know which route to take as yet.

well,
i have the ls400 brakes from stav, i have not got them on the car as have not got spacers yet or wheels to allow sufficent gap. but i test fitted them and you need the figs adaptors which i put in and then i grinded off a small section off the back of each caliper to allow for the steering end but its minimal nothing that will make any difference to the brakes, i would not of done it if it would!! and i measured and with the standard lexus wheels on 99 model it looks like a 15-16mm spacer is required or wheels with different offset. .
