Boot fog lights
I modified my taillights last couple of days ago with a LED round circle sticked to the red cover. I want to do the same thing with my rear fog lights.
Now my 2 questions:
1. How do I open the little red lense? Do i need to put it in the oven, use a dremel to cut it? smash it with the hammer (although I doubt this would work)?
2. How do I make the little red LED circle to light up when I turn my lights on? I am guessing that it would be something here about "fog to brake conversion" but if there is an easier way, please let me know.
i will post some pics once they are done.
i am also working on LED angeleyes conversion.

How did you do the main rear lights? Any pics?

you cant bake them so you will have to dremmel it open then find a way to seal it back up
the angel eyes are the easy one to do as you just need to bake the headlight and fit them that way

to have them on with the taillights you will have to do the fog to brack conversion but the full version not just the brake lights
you cant bake them so you will have to dremmel it open then find a way to seal it back up
the angel eyes are the easy one to do as you just need to bake the headlight and fit them that way

its defo a sealed unit though like the rear lights so how ever u did them i.e with a dremmel should work on the fog lights
im 90% that you will need to cut it open with a dremmel as ive had a look at this before but decided againts it as im not that good with a dremmel.

Ok, so dremmel it is. I have one in my grage and also I have the diamond cutting tool for it. From past experience this gives me a really clean cut with much less residue (like meted plasitc and stuff).
i will get into it tomorrow and post some pics. i am getting all excited about it. The tasillights look really good.
Now thinking about it i am not sure how is going to look considering that the trunk lights dont light up at all during the night (unless is foggy or something or other) and also they dont have the same size.
