Thought i'd add this to the workshop in case anybody else needs it?

The Red wire from the FCD just T's into the Black with red stripe
The Black wire from the FCD T's into the White wire with Black stripe
The Yellow wire goes towards the ecu to a Green wire with Red stripe, the green wire with Red stripe you have to cut!!
The White wire from the FCD goes away from the ecu to the other end of the Green wire with the Red stripe..
