Did the WIM thing today so my geo is now all sorted, thanks to the guys there. Also got my wheel bearing fitted and my original hub put back on while I was there. Many many thanks to Hurricane for lending me a front hub for the time inbetween!
Got a good look at the new exhaust pipe while the car was up on the ramps, all looks very good and solid. Pete also confirmed my suspicions that my front clonking noise is my ARB droplinks.
Bodyshop time today... they've got it for a week to repair the fibreglass front end again. This time they're going to add some metal support bars to the areas where it curves around to the front wheel arches, as they're not really supported by anything. A big 2p sized chip needs repairing in the driver's side skirt, the driver's door needs respraying to get some very deep scratches out. There's a repair to some work they did before where the lacquer has lifted a bit which they are sorting out FOC. I've got a brand new set of clear front lenses for the bumper too, mine were looking a bit rubbish (going mouldy) and the old bodyshop snapped all the clips off!
The other day I found out why my front bumper never sat right on my driver's side, the bumper support bar had been bolted on to the front wing wrong so it was twisted! So it sits much nicer now, the toblerone and sidestrip all lines up like it should do.
Well it is nice getting the car back from the bodyshop , its like a new car again .
Remember the pics Toxo
1 week and tcw don't go in the same sentence John. Hope they speed up for you.

Got the car back from the bodyshop yesterday evening, so they delivered on time I took these photos but it was early and the sun hadn't come out:

They have fitted some support bars to the bumper to add strength to the areas around the front wheelarches, which are unsupported:
Then I went to the workshop and the sun came out
