I think people worry too much about how to dress for interviews. I once had an interview where everyone else was wearing a suit, smart shoes and a tie, I rocked up in smart trousers and shirt, but no tie, no jacket, in trainers. I was honestly surprised when I got that job, but it just goes to show that they were looking for substance, not style.

Hang on, I made that sound like I have no style! Big Grin That was long time ago, I now wear a suit every day, it's Armani, cost more than my (current) car and is very stylish!

:tongue_smilie:

Almost, yeah. I think I was 18 and it was a Pharmaceutical Distribution Warehouse!

Now I occasionally interview people for jobs! But when we are after, say, a delivery driver, his general manner/personality would be far more important than how he is dressed.

Oh of course, the dress code will obviously be role dependent but I got the impression Saraj is going for some kind of office job where having business appropriate dress code would be a good idea Smile
