I agree with Parthiban the red tie is a terrible idea.

I look at that muppet on the apprentice and think "idiot" just cause of the red tie. It just screams politician to me

Good luck mate. I work in an office and if possible go with the earlier suggestion of sticking to a plain not too dark a shirt. Any colour tie should be fine.....which begs the question, is here an ojc club tie? :biggrin:

Lol yeah white shirt and red tie is all a bit new labour, I think a light coloured shirt with a relevant tie is generally the best option.

If you get the job treat yourself to a nice Red IS200 turbo, you know you need one in your life.

For what its worth I wore jeans and t-shirt to my last job interview and got the job.

It's true, my day job is in IT and I haven't worn a tie got years. Lucky if I can be bothered to shave or iron my shirt tbh.
