Well done. Glad you finally got it sorted. Shortly after mine in the end! :wink: That said, I have barely driven mine since I charged it, and when I have has been mainly around town, below 30mph!
A couple of questions spring to mind though:
How are you not hitting the fuel cut if you don't have an FCD fitted at present?
Why the HKS filter? The Apexi filters are known to be better (for both sound and power) than the HKS ones with this charger setup and cone positioning, this has been tested and agreed by many memebers, including myself. (I also don't like the idea that if the foam was damaged slightly, loose parts of it could potentially be drawn in to the intake!)
How will you plumb the catch can? Run the breather on the engine to the can and then a small filter? And where will you position it? Behind the headlight or somewhere else? I've not got round to fitting my Cusco one yet.

I plan to run the HKS FCD, but will bet a BB off Patrick and if the HKS doesn't perform well I'll swap them over.
I have a friend who ran an HKS and found it to have better gains, I have spoken to others who have reported good gains, nice noise and they're quite nice aesthetically too.
