Ordered cooling panel and snazzy bolts/washers from pro-bolt so while im waiting for them to arrive i decided to refurb the rad brackets Smile

Hey Pat i went for allen key head countersunk with 19mm counter washers to spread the load so to speak Smile

Went for blue bolts and gold washers

Just along the front line for now, cooling panel takes 5?
Then the headlights and the bolt for the slamp behind n/s headlight and the 2 bolts just above the grille.

I mean you could go mad look at these beauts

Nice to see people are following my advice and using the probolt stuff, does look pretty snazzy.

a LOT of the bolts under the bonnet are just M6x20.

I used the dome head hex drive ones as the head was just as wide as the washer on the standard bolts anyway.

Bear in mind though that the aluminium ones are fine for holding covers and stuff down, but DO NOT use them in stress locations.

The first one that comes to mind are the two outer bolts on the rad panel, those are holding parts of the chassis together so aluminium ones may break under load which is why I've opted for titanium ones there.

These are the aluminium ones I'm using for the fuse box covers...

Fitted first lot of bolts & washers tonight as im an impatient sod Smile

Ooks good I need to get on and have a look at replacing mine not gonna go to fancy with the colours just looking for silver to be honest

Bolts look great, but how much? I'd love some, but will make do with stainless ones for now, I get several to the pound!
