Sparkystav Right basically the rear o2 sensor on the IS200 only has one job: check the Cat is working correctly.

3) buy my little box, wires into the cars ecu box, fools the ECU into thinking there is always clean gas and completely removes the problem even if you add extra things like a turbo, extra fuelling. it will always tell the ecu everything is A OK.

up to you really.

I'll PM you about getting one of your little boxes then Smile

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

I've decided to get one of Stav's magic boxes instead, although I'm running a standard cat at the moment it means I could run a sports cat/decat in the future and have no problems with lights etc Smile

One more quick question... will the car run without any feed from the lambda sensor? i.e. could I get the new exhaust fitted today and just have an engine light for a day until Stav's box arrives? Or will the car not run without it?

Don't even to have to plug it in. The light will come on but no issue.
