Fitting headlight options this week, need help.
My angel eyes are here, ready and waiting, but I want to also add those lovely looking ultra white lights.
I have been looking around, but I'm a little concerned about ordering the wrong bulbs, due to picking up on a thread, involving an earlier car! Am I right in thinking my car should already have, HID as standard? It's a 2003 53 plate.
Either way, to,save me from stuffing up my order and ruining this weeks plans, could someone please tell me (or link) the exact LED side bulbs, and dipped bulbs I need to order?
The angel eyes will be extremely white, so I want the side lights and dipped lights to match.

Right, if all goes to plan, I'll finally collect my is200 on Monday.

Also why you want to fit sidelight bulbs? Surely just use the angel eyes as your side lights?

26-08-2019, 02:50 PM #4I'd buy a hid kit mate. And yeah just leave the bulbous and connect the angel eye wires to the Sidelight wires. That's what I'd do.

As for the colour I'd go for 4500k myself. Nice and white with a small hint of blue.

But they are 600k. Will they be too blue? It says "brilliant white".
It's always difficult when you haven't seen them working, yourself.

6k is fine mate it only has a hint of blue..it looks very modern...

And also recommend just getting an HID kit - 6500K won't be too blue, 4-5000K is closest to white, 6500K will be white with a bit of blue in it.

Did you buy an LE (is the paint light grey)? If not then it won't have HIDs whatever year it is.
And also recommend just getting an HID kit - 6500K won't be too blue, 4-5000K is closest to white, 6500K will be white with a bit of blue in it.
