I've got a set of inserts down at NUR-motorsport at the moment, should have a quote soon.

Would anyone else be interested in a set of these? I know it's purely aesthetic, don't have a price yet!

Edit: For clarity, it's the bits that people usually spray paint black.

I'd love a set, but it does depend a lot on price.

Did you ever get anywhere with the carbon fibre TRD kit thing? Or was that just an idea?

Because I'm considering seeing if I can get my skirts carbon skinned (proper stuff, not 3M)

Might even try it myself if my latest mod goes welll...

I was just banding ideas about, it's on my to do list after the v8 swap. I'd be careful with skinning, it might mess up the fit. I'm planning on having granite sky with carbon exterior trim and bonnet, should give a subtle two tone effect.

I'll let you know when I get a price back, I do not expect it to be cheap though.

Yee I'm not expecting it to be particularly cheap, it's probably more a case of expensive or very expensive. lol

And skinning should be okay as long as it's only the external surfaces that are done. Smile

Heard back from NUR motorsport yesterday, it's a no go I'm afraid! I'll have to find another avenue.

already spoken to some people about dipping, got quoted £80 but I don't think it looks good enough.
