Right folks, I am starting to look at the next step for my supercharger and I need some help. I have the larger 160mm Pulley and I am going to start gathering the rest of the parts that I need.

I know I need; bigger intercooler, larger injectors, fuel pump and something along the lines of a emanage blue. But I dont know enough about it. I have read loads of different threads and they all seem to have different ideas of what you need. So I would like to gather all the information in one place. So the questions I have are....

What size injectors do I need? Do i need 550cc? do they need to be this big? (I'm sure dimis is running 330cc or something like that) a link to something I could use would be great!

Fuel pumps,do I need an uprated one? if so, is there a generic Walbro pump I need? as I haven't found a specific IS200 one. But this is no great suprise.

Emanage blue or Ultimate? I would love the Ultimate but its a bit out of my price range. Will the blue do the trick or is there something else anyone can recommend?

Sorry for asking like a million questions but I just want to get everything I need sorted. If there is anything I have forgotten then let me know!

Oh and I dont want to drop a different engine in her, I like the supercharger and the 1GFE and want to see what I can get out of it without the turbo route or a 1JZ swap. so please dont suggest it! :Shooting::lol:

Many thanks

Right I suggest you start basic. Get an emanage blue or preferably an ultimate (more head room)

Get someone to install it or do it yourself then fit the bigger pully and get it mapped.

If you can afford a new fuel pump why not can be installed with no major issue or expense. But the injectors aren't needed yet IMHO. Get it mapped and if you run out of room then get the injectors but for the bigger pulley I wouldn't think you'd need them.

Sounds good to me!

With the emanage are there car specific ones or are they all the same and depend on the mapping? for example:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Greddy-Trust-E...3a740baa7f

This one was used in an MR2, but could i wire it to my ECU?

Yeah that ones ok, their universal so any will do, as theres no harness for the IS so you have to hardware anyway.

So I have spent ages looking at Dimis' thread and found all the information I need. So I will be getting.....

Larger intercooler, 310cc injectors from 2zzge engine, Emanage blue unless i come into some money and then i will get the Ultimate. I'll probably get a Walbro fuel pump while I'm at it. Oh and an SSQV that actually works!

There are only 2 more things I need to know. What belt would I need for the 160mm pulley. Thre most important question is who is going to map it when I finally get all the bits together? Any one have any suggestions?

You can use the white injectors from the MR2/altezza beams engine (IIRC) and they can be bought cheaply from eBay (in sets of four)

Get a fuel pressure regulator as well as the fuel pump.

White injector info:

Found some information regarding the upgrade of the fuel injectors for the IS200. The altezza motor (3SGE) uses 340cc Denso injectors.

Here are the specs:

Specs: Colour - White Flow - 340cc Pintle Holes - 6 Resistance - 14 Ohms (High impedance) Denso number - 23250-74220 (Toyota number 23209-74220)

More specs: @ 14V:

(Duration @ 14V / Pressure @ kg/cm2 / flow @ cc/min 0.76ms / 2.55cm2 / 340cc 0.76ms / 3.05cm2 / 370cc 0.78ms / 3.55cm2 / 400cc

No need to get a pressure requlator. OEM works fine for hp up to 250bhp. Also you do need either an aftermarket fuel pump. OEM works fine up to 300bhp. Just make sure that it is in good condition, ie. fuel pump filter is clean and pump works fine...I changed my fuel pump with a new OEM when I installed a bigger SC pulley. My first OEM fuel pump worked fine I just changed it for precaution. I would rather be at the safe side than having a big damage from a faulty old fuel pump! Furthermore I have been working this setup for almost 2 years and had no problems. Regarding the Altezza injectors you can use those too if they have big impedance. You can also use the denso injectors 430cc from the Mazda RX8 (INJECTOR DENSO 195500-4450) if you are tending to go more than 300bhp!
