tbh i wouldnt even look at the code on the firewall. that code refers to the diff that was put into it day one. after 13 or so years on the road whos to say that it hasnt been changed?? and anyhow alot of people lately are putting standard diffs into sports models when selling as to sell the torsion diff afterwards and increasing the sale value of their car. there is only one way of telling the difference in a diff and unfortunately that means opening it up and having a look.
