I've never had it WIMed before no, don't think they're too far from me, London based aren't they? I live in Newbury. First things I guess I'll get it booked in to have a lewk at mentioned things. I was always going to WIM it anyway, just didn't want do to it before replacing sus/wheel/whatever.

As for selling them, I may do but mine aren't exactly tip-top either bud, certainly refurbable though. I'll give you a heads up if/when I do mate.

I personally think that the Wim will give you some idea's to what wrong and should be done before spending any further money, or you could be replacing items that dont need touching.

Good luck keep us posted on your results.

Seeing as they're closeish for me you're probably right. I just really don't want it to be sus but can't be much else I guess. We'll see, might take it down this saturday if I can find the time before my planned day of drinking "suicide" cider at the annual Newbury show Big Grin.

WIM are at Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Not too long a journey from Newbury, I reckon it'll be worth it, at least to sort the geo. And maybe they might spot what the problem is with the wobbling ?

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

I hate to say this but I've had the exact same problem for a while now and I can't get to the bottom of it.

If you do find out what's causing it on your car please let me know as it might be the same problem I've got. My car's been to WIM and it didn't fix it, but I am hoping to get it back to Tony again soon to take another look (if anyone can sort it, my money would be on Tony Smile )

First thing i'd try with something like this is to swap the front wheels with the rear wheels, make sure all the tyre pressures are the same and see how it feels then? at least that way it might give you an idea if its the wheels or something else? Big Grin

I had a similar problem on my car (albeit a vauxhall omega) it was caused by the wishbone bushes being knackered. Under heavier braking i.e above 20-30mph it causes the wishbone to move back and forward. Could be worth having it all checked over, including all ball joints, i.e track rod ends and bottom joint
