Update time!

So the car has been looking sorry for itself since I bought it. The previous owner had tried to blend the wings into the front bumper, as well as poorly bond on a trim piece / splitter which all together looked rubbish. The rear numberplate panel had **** chrome stickers on it and glue residue from previous stickers, and was faded. The boot was rusty and had little paint chips all over it and the rear lights were lexus flavoured, which isn't my cuppa tea.

This all had to change, and change, today, it did.

But first, here's my mum proudly showing me the nipple on a tiger loaf. Awesome.

MORE hooky wiring...

The finished result (still needing a detail...)

Looking good matey, MX5's are just such good cars for modding Smile

el_bandido I bet it understeers like a ******* as well!

The thread says it only weighs 20kg more up front apparently, so should still be okay?

Had another day tinkering today, and got some more little jobs finished.

Here's before:

And here's after:

Replaced the cam cover with a crinkle black finish one, fitted the relocated windscreen washer bottle (and ditched the old one), relocated the alarm siren by a few inches, started changing vac hoses for red ones and fitted a new breather filter.

We also made the bonnet sit flat, as I hate raised bonnets!

Still lots more to do.....
