After my previous project (Nissan Micra K11) had come to an end i needed to sink my teeth into something new. I've always wanted to learn how to drift,and this was the perfect base to start with!
Mazda Eunos Roadster (Import)
Registered 1991
Imported into the UK 1998
It needed some TLC,particually the paint work,several patches had gone right through,so sorting that out was first priority aswell as a service.
The modifiying had begin with a Style Bar,Strut Brace,Digi Camo Graphics,TA Technix Coilovers and a set of 13x7j ET-7 Minilight Wheels
Got to myself to my first drift day at Norfolk Arena and did some of this
November 2011 was when i got the diff welded,as the Open Diff just wasnt good enough for skidding. Also got myself a hard top aswell as some tow hooks.
Stainless 4-2-1 Manifold and Exhaust system
Superlites got painted Vauxhall Arden Blue and got some bigger tyres fitted
Another Drift Day came (February 2012) and i got hit out on track by a BMW

DIY Carbon Fibre Door Cards w/ Leather Door Pulls
I then decided to paint the car with a Roller in Military Desert Tan Paint. Also fitted a Garage Vary style lip and painted the Superlites black
Cut the rear bumper
Then came the crazy idea to Turbo it! So managed to get my hands on a 2nd hand Greddy Kit
Got bored of the Shield Graphics and decided to hand paint some Sharks Teeth to carry on with the Military theme

Turbo,Manifold and Intercooler bolted on
Then came some new shoes. XXR 15x8.25j ET0
Wrapped in Nangkang NS2 and tuner nuts had arrived and wheels fitted

Had someone from MX5 Nutz come over and fit/tune the ECU and got her running at 5psi

Next came Lockwood White Dials,Classic Dash,Cut/Modified Dashboard,Heater Removed,Air Con removed and a Deep Dish Steering Wheel

Went to my first drift day with the MX boosted,again at Norfolk Arena in March 2013. The car performed perfectly and the Turbo certainly made things alot easier
