Bigger pulley for my TTE charger kit
Bigger pulley for my TTE charger kit
phaebo OK now i have my air fuel ratio meter installed.
my setup is
145 mm pulley
1zz-fe injectors 250cc
patricks blackbox
de-cat manifold and de-cat exhaust
bigger intercooler
IK22 spark plugs
cold air intake
aem wide band Failsafe gauge ( air fuel ratio and charge pressure meter in one )
Running 0,5 bar pressure near the rev limiter with 145mm pulley
when i am at idle my air fuel ratio is 14,7
when on half throttle the air fuel ratio is between 13 and 14,5
this seems very normal to me because the oem ecu is always setting the air fuel ratio automatically to 14,7
But when i press my foot down the air fuel ratio is at 13-14 till i reach 4500 rpm
after 4500 it is making its way down to 13
after 5000 it is 12
after 6000 till the rev limit it is between 11.8 and 11.4
can some one tell me if these are good numbers? because i read some articles about air fuel ratio and I always hear that with supercharged engines air fuel ratio of 11 - 12 is good but i only see these numbers when i pass 5000 rpm. I thought it would be richer on the lower RPM.
Or is this because i still have the oem ecu and the oem ecu is always getting the air fuel ratio at 14,7 because of fuel economics.

Greetings. (Sorry for my English)
Tell me, I have 2 injector with a black cap and 4 without. On the injectors without a black cap, o-ring is not seating properly. With black cap O-ring sits tightly.
What to do? Install new O-ring (23232-41081)? Or search for O-ring that will sit tight?

Yes but you should buy the oem lexus injector o-rings.
The small one on top of the injectors is the same as the 1zzfe injectors but the thick rubber ring on bottom of the injector is diffrent then the 1zzfe injector. You should buy the oem lexus is200 rings. They will fit tight. And also tight in the cylinder head. The 1zzfe rings are too loose.
Stop. I'm confused.
About the upper O-rings, i'm not talking. They are the same everywhere (1zz 1d). This is no problem.
The problem is only in the lower rings. Are you saying that if you buy a ring from the 1zz, it will not tightly (loose, poorly) in the engine block? That is, I have to try to look exactly black cap? Where to find caps, directories if they do not?
When i fitted my 1zzfe injectors i bought both. The 1zzfe and the 1gfe rings. Because i didnt know if there was any diffrence between them. When i fitted the injectors i came to the conclusion that the 1gfe rings fit better then the 1zzfe rings but you still need the black caps. The 1zzfe rings are too loose so you need the 1gfe rings and the caps
