Looked there...but all it comes up with is them LED rings that you fit yourself and wire up to the sidelight...not the whole unit

Projector headlights will be a lot trickier, but angel-eyes are pretty straightforward. You can buy the rings off eBay then what you need to do is heat up your headlamps in an oven at a relatively low temperature to soften the glue, then you can open them up, put in the rings and re-seal them afterwards. You can always spray the insides of the lamps while you've got them open.

Be careful about projector headlamps on eBay, they'll usually be for LHD cars so the beam pattern will be wrong and they'll fail the MoT.

They are still an awful lot brighter than halogens, even without projectors. All you lose is the sharp cut-off line that you usually get with projectors. The factory-fit HIDs on IS300s don't even use projectors.

I was thinking...is it possible to fit HID's into my foglights? I think that would look quite cool...and the foglight clusters are projectors...

Yes, you can put HIDs into your fog lights. The bulb type depends on the model year of your car, they changed the fogs at one point.

Edit - see this thread for the bulb types.

Respect...your opinion...will it look ***** if the main lights are halogen and the fogs are H.I.D?

Put HIDs in your headlamps , they'll be what you're using most of the time, and it's illegal to drive round with your fog lights on when there's no fog. By all means go for the fogs as well to complete the look though.

Have a look at the Ace Cafe if you like, to see the difference between headlamp HIDs and halogens.

You can also put main beam HIDs in too, some people (e.g. Wozza) have that, though I don't.
