If yours did have the black box attached at some point, you should be able to see which wires were used the last time on the ecu?

Yes mate sorry, just trim back a bit of the wire covering and solder them into the existing wiring and wrap in insulating tape Smile

right think ive worked it out!, gona go get the soldering iron on the go,

Marsdendean cant you just use connector blocks to see if it works?? Or is that a bad idea?

right ive put it on! and it does seem better but im unsure weater ecu is still in 'safe' mode,

the light is still on! any ideas if it will go out or how to get it out of 'safe' mode!

what level is best to have fcd set to???
