As you have 5 years NCB, try Esure- they only take on drivers with 5+ years NCB. I'm with Esure.
I've mentioned this before on the other site, I bought my IS200 when I was 23- back then I paid £1900 in insurance, that was with 0 NCB! I didn't mind paying so much becuase my car (at that time) was worth £15k.
Edit: As said, I'm paying £375, 5 years NCD (protected), 30 years old, 0 accidents, clean licence. Remember, factors such as your job, postcode, driving history etc also affect your insurance renewal quote, not just your age.
