OK, after seeing Stevie's horn position (no inuendo intended) thread, thought it about time i got this done, but had a nightmare getting the grille off, so thought i'd do it all again & take photo's.

Remove centre screw
[IMG][Image: topscrew.jpg][/IMG]
1/4 turn cross head screw & lift up, just lift up centre of headlight clip
[IMG][Image: clipslifted.jpg][/IMG]
Lever under clips & pop up - No real need to remove headlight ones, can be done with out taking those out but it allows more bumper movement to get grille clips behind bumper out.
[IMG][Image: leverupclips.jpg][/IMG]
Be careful that your screwdriver is right into the centre of the clip or else this happens.

Lever out side of grille and allow the clips out from behind bumper
[IMG][Image: sideclips.jpg][/IMG]
The 3 clips on the bottom of the grille were the problem for me, i got them out by using one hand to push the tab down and using the other hand to push the grille itself back, doing each one individually, mine were very tight and i thought they were going to break, but i got them out in one peice.

Since i was in there moving my horns i needed to paint my rusty bonnet catch and radiator clamps
[IMG][Image: powerwashed.jpg][/IMG]
[IMG][Image: rustyclamps2.jpg][/IMG]
So rubbed down, primed & painted everything

All put back together, Big difference with the horns out of sight, i know nobody will really see the clams and bonnet catch, but i feel better having done them.

Cheers guy's,

Keith, i just used a wire brush attachment on my drill & sand paper to rub/buff-off rust/remaining paint on the affected areas. I admit i cheated on the paint, Hellfrauds finest grey primer & Satin black (same as Wozza fascia guide), 2 coats primer & all of the tin of black (prob 5 or 6 coats) i wasn't too worried about matching the paint as nothing under the bonnet is laquered (shiney) or even coated up properly in black, but it is pretty close, i think it looks beter than seeing rust.
