If you actually thought about it though you wouldn't have a better chance of getting your car!! Word on the street only gets you so far and if the car's left your town then it's gonna be down to technology like the number plate cameras etc . . . so if your cars nicked and the police find it and call you, your gonna say, you don't exist so you cant have it?
The people who have the biggest beef with the police are the ones who are committing the crimes or who have been let down . . .which one are you?
I don't mind people voicing their opinions and that's what the forums for but I have a problem with people like you taking it a step too far with the direct dissing and swearing about it, I got your first 'unedited' response sent to my e-mail, at the beginning and don't appreciate stuff like that. (you know what you said)!

Go play in the traffic man... i have been let down by the police all the time i really needed them, i got my right to say what i want and you got no right to contest that, the post got deleted...and for you are illiterate or lack a skill called paying attention i wrote "i would never go to the police for help"...them coming to me to give me back a stolen car is not exactly me going to them for help is it? The police won't "find" your car, if you have not told them its stolen, unless they stop the car and contact you. Everyone is entitled to their view, and russellinn has expressed his view, and for you to call him illiterate, lack of skill or insult his intelligence is a little un called for

I think you took it the wrong way, as people may disagree with you strongly, but i think his main point was the swearing and dissing them for a reason which you have not given!
I don't like the police 40% of the time, but i wouldn't think twice about phoning them !
i totally understand, but you must also understand, in south london there have been over 50 murders in the last 2 years...and police havent caught anyone yet, and when your friends know the people and then you see their world fall apart your trust in the police disappears...

i never used to like the police thought they always picked on me etc but my views have changed a bit, you never see what the do have to deal with take the wife she's been too three fatals and some woman jumping in front of a train in the last week which involves picking up bits of people mopping up whats left after the crash's or people killing them selfs(they are not allowed to leave till every part is picked/cleaned up) then if thats not enough she then has to knock on the familys door and inform them of the death how they have die'd and why they cant have an open casket.you cant tar every police force with the same brush and remember they have to tell the loved ones of their loss.
