unless my SC is different from everyone elses the pipework sizes in the listing are incorrect!!

the bypass pipe is 38mm and the main pipework is 50mm!!! NOT 50mm and 60mm as listed.

so now i have to order another set of tubing......great! i may as well stick the incorrect size tubes up my **** for all the good its going to do me. rant over.

i guess i know what happened....

the wall thickness of the silicone tubing is about 5mm so i guess the size of the silicone tubing was measured and not the pipework and then that would make sense with regard to the sizes listed.

It would also make sense why dimis used reducers and why mole said the 60mm clamps fit.

50mm pipework 5mm silicone wall =60mm overall thickness.

**** good thing i didnt buy clamps as well isnt it!

so know anyone that needs 60mm(inside) tubing???

moley: nah no need mate from my side but might be of some use to someone else in the future to confirm that the kits didnt have a pipework size change at some point.

Straight bits of silicone hose aren't that expensive. But when you start looking at reducers, bends, or custom-shaped bits, it gets a lot more expensive.
