I used the metal oem ones on mine mate found them a better fit,

I ran my cables down the passenger side under the door sills and up the side of the rear seat, through the hole near the top of the back seat, And its good practice to run power cables one side and the rca's down the other? helps to keep any interference down from the power cables etc? :thumbup1:

Good stuff, was hoping that I would be able to use it as it seems more secure, yeah will run the cables seperatly, done that in the last car, although I can't remember which side I run the AI net cable, think I sent it with the power leads!

We installed a sub in my dad's boot, and ran the power and RCA cables down the passenger side, amd there has been/is no interference.

Yes, just connect it to earth. Underneath the gear surround there are some bolts which go into the chassis, which you can use for that purpose.

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Is the same for both brake wires on alpine units?

SHAHZ Is the same for both brake wires on alpine units?

I don't know Alpine units specifically, but what do the instructions say, does it say both wires have to be connected to the brake, to earth ? Normally they're connected to the handbrake circuit, and that's earthed when the handbrake is on, so connecting them to any handy earth will do the trick.
