Now its on certificate for 3 years which cost me 120 i think, but from what I read, when I want to transfer it to a car, I wont have to pay the assignment fee.

Now its on certificate for 3 years which cost me 120 i think, but from what I read, when I want to transfer it to a car, I wont have to pay the assignment fee.

If you don't have it on a retention cert you loose the right to use the number plate.
The £80 transfer fee is included in the retention cert. price.

04-03-2017, 04:55 AM #18If you take your plate off you have to put it onto a retainer certificate. 1 year is £105, and three years is £155.
If you don't have it on a retention cert you loose the right to use the number plate.
