[SIZE="4"]Has anyone seem this before on their car?

My N/S front wheel and tyre appear to stick out further than the O/S wheel and tyre.

The wheels are the exact same as are the tyres. No spacers fitted and the dimensions are identical.

The rear wheels and tyres are identical in that they have the same profile on each side.

These pics were taken from roughly the same angle and height to give you an idea of what I mean.

It is even more noticeable when you look down the side of the car from a head on view.

[Image: mr67ue.jpg][Image: es3vvm.jpg]

The steering and suspension appear to be fine, there are no knocks, rattles or shakes when driving.

Anyone have an idea why the N/S appears to be sticking out further?

has the car been involved in any accidents? theres a possibility that the chassis may be a bit "bent" but I wouldnt think too deeply into that thought. Get the geo checked on the car and u'll be able to work out more from there.

The car drives perfectly, no wandering across the road etc.

HPI check was clear although it may have had a bump previously and not been declared.

Geo check hopefully will find the solution.

Thanks.

That does look quite weird, so it's just the front, the rears are fine?

As above has the left front corner been involved in a crash where maybe suspension parts may not have been fitted correctly, or possibly something is bent?

Although if you've had the geo checked recently that probably would have highlighted any physical damage.

I've had a good look at the suspension set up and all appears to be fine with no hint of any damage being covered up.

Are you sure? I know the angles of the two photos are different, but still if you ignore the bumper and look just at the wing, on the right you can still see the tyre next to the wing whereas on the left the tyre is well hidden and tucked in behind the wing. It's the same if you look at the line of the wheel with the door mirror...........hope it's just the photo though and just an illusion with the bumper as ormi says Smile

@bash: Can you do a full head on front photo from a few feet back (if this problem is still visible like that)?

you will never be able to match the angle you take a pic from side to side so i just think he's a tiny bit further round/closer thats whats making it look like the wing is out or poss could be that some one has leaned against the wing at some point hold the arch close to were the bumper meets the arch and give it a light pull stand back and look do again if needed it wont take much job done its called a minor adjustment of the pannel lol.
