I got a bodyshop to fit mine for me though.

Gord Sorry, going to kill that Ste, he told me it was stuck on as you had no screws fitted to it or might of been meaning something else when he was messing with your washers at the time.

John G what are the tappers screwed into there steve? the **** guards? as thats how mine looks and they go past the bumper edge like yours
Sorry I have no idea, I haven't tried taking it off. Though I guess if I want to try and sort out my arch rubbing issue, I'll have to take it off on one side at least.
