Yes, 130mm diameter. You can find one from an SLK230 water pump pulley. It is exactly the same

as above the standard 205hp version is 130mm, the 180hp version originally for the swiss market is 120mm but tte did try a 140mm but went back to the 130mm due to technical issues (running lean)

I would hazard a guess it was due to the fact the 2 bob fcd ran out of scope and they did not wish to throw any more money at the kit in terms of proper fuel enrichment under boost conditions. The 180hp kit must really of been good money well spent.

well for the swiss it was because of the strict modification laws over here, anything over 20% power increase requires reams of paperwork and immense levels of testing at a special facility inc testing of brakes, transmission etc, the costs would also be horrendous, a few years ago the same company put a 205hp car thru the test at the DTC ( dynamic testing centre), and the cost of the testing was in the region of 30,00 ch!!!
f i had to get the paperwork to certify my car over here from them.

And lets not forget if it wasnt for toyota switzerland requesting a limited edition from a small tuning firm then the compressor kit may never have existed as the small firm were the ones who made the kit in the first instance, it was then bought by toyota germany and offered as an option.

and as you say using the standard blackbox it runs too lean wit the 140mm pulley.

i am wondering about the silver ECU, i have had one sitting on my table for well over a year and that is more developed than the black bix but still only has the 4 wire connections. apparently it lowers the rpm to a max of 6200 so you never hit the fuel cut, but until i try it and actually see what happens wo knows.

Hi Rolex,

Have you bought the MBK waterpump pulley finally, and is it the same as the TTE pulley?

I'm looking for 130mm pulley as I have the 185ps version.

Thanks
