replacing fuel pump.
replacing fuel pump.
about to do this but is there a hatch under the back seat to do this or do i need to drop the tank.
thanks
well,
done this already and put in a walbro fuel pump. .
just lift the seat it clips out on front and then lifts out. see row of studs take them out and disconnect wire from top of pump that goes through the pump! this leaves the big black nut, hard to loosen (while trying not to break it ha) but i used the big wrench i had lol.
once that nut off lift up pump slightly and there is a rubber pipe you need to disconnect from the pump with a spring clip on it! then with that off it pulls out tilting to one side to allow fuel gauge to come on. .
then repeat in reverse lol. . hope that helps

yer man it does. i had been told you might be able to take it out from the top but was not sure. great will fix it tomorrow
no problem. .
hey sorry was thinking of my other car got the two mixed up ha. was just looking at it. . there is no big nut on it ha its way easier. also the pipes on the top need to be disconnected you will see the clips on them not a big job!!
would not mind only took it in and out few times ha. all rest is right just not the big nut just looked at it sorry!!
