Help please!

I am really struggling to change my rear discs. I have done it in the past but just can't remember how!

I've jacked up both back wheels and let the hand brake off, but still can't get them off.

What am I doing wrong?

make shore the hand brakes off if so use a block of wood and a hammer to the back turning it every now and again or just use a rubber mallet if you have one .the shoes are most likely stuck open.hope that helps
PS if that does not work screw the wheel nuts back on just to cover the threads the hit it on the front between the threads.

You need to line up the inspection hole to a certain position on the hub, then poke a screwdriver through the hole and spin round the tension adjuster for the handbrake pads to back them away from the drum. Chances are they are just getting wedged on the lip they have worn inside the drum part of the disc.
