Was wondering if it's ok to use coppeer slip grease on your caliper sliding pins or should i have used something else ?

Dont use copper grease. It is too abrasive and will cause too much wear. Ideally you want a silicone based grease

$hit, iv'e already used copperslip, will it be ok to take them back out, clean them and re-grease them ?

Yeah that will be fine. Im guessing you havent had it like that for too long. Clean them off and regrease with silicone grease. This is often sold as a motorcycle lubricant, but just go to a motor factors and ask for silicone grease
