Its simple mate, get a small flat head screwdriver and just lift it out, job done:thumbup1: its only held in by a few plastic tabs IIRC 2 front & 2 back

todd Changed these over to LEDs today, can't notice that much difference right now but we'll see what the blue looks like in the dark
Bulbs came from http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/
Get a flat head screwdriver and stick it between the lining and the map light holder and gently twist.
You should find it coming out quiet freely, if you look at the photo you'll see the 2 copper coloured springs, this is what you are trying to free off as we are taking the whole unit out, there are 2 on the back side as well but freeing the front 2 should allow you to pull the whole unit out.
With the whole unit free, disconnect the white plug.
Using the flat head again free off the lugs, watch out for the small ones on either side, caught me out :lol:
Push the bulb backwards (249 1 x LED 24V MCC BA9s Side & Tail T4W) and twist until the lugs at at the six o'clock position then pull them out, pop the new ones in and just work your way backwards up the instructions to refit
Roof light is really easy, just insert flat head as shown in photo and gently twist.
Pop bulb out and fit new one
Bulb was a tight fit but went eventually.

IIRC the sunroof models have a screw as well to take the switches out?!
