Hi guys
Got a drivers side rear brake light gone, gives me a chance to possibly upgrade to LED's, would i need any sort of resistor because of the lower voltage??
my front sidelights haven't given any sort of warnings, so assuming brake lights will be fine.
Also, more of something that's puzzled me, how can my brake light go, but not my rear light?? aren't they the same bulb??

Yes they are the same bulb, but have a double filament in the glass, so if the brake filament goes, the tail light wouldn't always go with it.

Yep you need load resistors if you go LED otherwise you'll get the bulb out warning light on the dash.

as this fixed itself, i decided not to go ahead for a while, however, its gone again. Is there a specific load resistor needed??
