What do you do if the double din cage dose not fit in to the fascia .

Got the headunit wired up but I cant get the cage to go in the fascia.
Is it ok to cut of the bottom bit of the fascia ??

What do you do if the double din cage dose not fit in to the fascia .

Is it ok to cut of the bottom bit of the fascia ??

The pics don't look right to me. Aren't there screw holes on the side of the new head unit ? All I can see are two long slots

Just trying to think of what's going on there. Did the unit come with its own metal cage ? If so, then you shouldn't need to use that, the head unit should mount directly into the fascia adapter.
