Recommend me a double din radio
So what can you recommend?
I'd prefer one with a 7" screen, but if it's one of those ones with a bigger colume control and then a smaller LCD screen above it that's fine too.
I'd place functionality (having more features like iPod, bluetooth, usb etc.) over having a fancy screen.

22-03-2019, 12:06 PM #1Long story short, getting a new GROM unit which is android compatible and can do bluetooth would set me back over £150. So I thought for a bit extra I could get a half decent double DIN stereo that would already have USB and bluetooth built in!

One thing it lacks is advanced app mode, just has normal app mode which means with iPhone you can't control apps from the screen, it's just a screen for some apps to play the video through and the sound comes out of the speakers.
All the functionality you listed works great though, about 350 quid

Reason I went for a pioneer is because the last headunit I had in the Celica was a Pioneer which never let me down in 5 years over 85k miles, and I went for that because I trust the build quality from their cd decks I DJ with.
To be fair you can't knock the list of things it does for that price at all as it looks to have more than mine, and it not bad looking either. The only thing I would be concerned about is lifespan for that price.
