the tte springs that i got for a 35mm to 40mm drop are ok with the struts and no need toreplace them. and they are softer that normal springs.

The TTE springs are just rebranded Eibach springs so if you pick up a set of those they will ride the same. They work fine on the standard shocks but will make them wear much quicker. If you think that each 1k miles takes 1% off the life of a damper these will take 1.5%-2%. I would advise replacing the shocks at the same time. KYB Excel-G shocks (oem spec ones) cost around £110 per pair.

I have no idea about the springs you have linked though - I'd still pay a little extra for Eibach. The ride quality is virtually the same as standard with improved handling.

Was Supercharged Racing Green IS200 Sport. Now APR Stage 1 Seat Leon Cupra (220 Bhp).

If you want springs only, my suggest is always Eibach Pro-Kit Springs.

Eibach got the quality control and the experience in making progressive lowering springs.
And I dare to say their springs is probably the best in the world and the Pro-Kit generally is an all-round that will work well with standard dampers.

But if you are thinking of changing springs and dampers, than a nice set of the MeisterR Europa Coilovers will do well and give much more control over the behavior of the car. Smile
