I think I must be blind. I have read the manual twice now and it only talks to the scissor jack and trolley jack points on the car. Where Donizetti put my axel stands? Stupid question I know but I dont want to mess anything up.

I usually put them either on the inside of the sill where the scissor jacking points are (not on the actual sill as it'll bend them) or either side of the front/rear subframe, where the wishbones connect. Depends which part of the car you want to work on as to where you put them, as they may get in the way.
