Quick-release battery terminals?

Hi all, assuming such a thing exists, I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a good quality "quick-release" type battery terminal connector?

Basically, I have two old jap cars that I cherish, and I run them occasionally when the day and weather is right. It would be very convenient if after each drive, I could just pop the bonnet and quickly disconnect the battery without any tools so that they don't discharge when the cars are parked up.

Anyone with any suggestions? Smile

I would use some Anderson power connections. That's what I've done for quick-releasing high-current things before (amplifier boards and so on). Also what the RAC use on their vans too, to quickly plug jump leads in etc.

Or you could fit a circuit breaker on the positive lead to isolate the battery at the press of a button.
