Hello lads new to the page . I am wanting to Turbo my is200. But need few questions answered like..
Wat Turbo can I use.
We're dos oil feed and return go..
Wat bout fuel do I need to modify it or can I lave it as is.
Wat bout wiring will it need messed with.
Will my car need remaped or dyno tuned after I fit Turbo. Thanks in advice..

I have a second is200 i am looking at turboing so been through all this:

Wat Turbo can I use.
Any you want, something the small that spools up fast will be best as you wont be able to go high with the boost. Custom manifold will have to be made.

We're does oil feed and return go..
Feed is from the vvti pipes, return into sump?

Wat bout fuel do I need to modify it or can I lave it as is.
Bigger injectors would be handy - can get bigger ones from rav4 or celica or something

Wat bout wiring will it need messed with.
Some sort of piggy back ecu will be required, I am going standalone as i want to remove all of the **** and get max power, its also alot easier to make work.

Will my car need remaped or dyno tuned after I fit Turbo. Thanks in advice..
The piggy back or standalone will need to be remapped.

If your budget is high then go for 1jz/2jz swap. You get alot more for your money and it would be easier than turboing the 1g fe lump. But my 1jz gte vvti swap cost somewhere around £5000 - but thats 340bhp and potential for 600hp in the future and more after that.

If you turbo the 1g fe you will be lucky to get 250 - 300 before engine starts to die

Ok. Will a Turbo is a Subaru work something like td04... also Wat is a standalone and how do wire it

Yeah a Subaru turbo will work with the right manifold flanges,

A standalone is an ecu to replace the standard one mate.
