you could delete the little head light grooves from the bumper that way you wouldnt need to change anything....

So far it has stood up to under bonnet temps and no signs of cracking or discolouring.
gave it a good clean to degrease it, then I light rub over with a scotchbright, plastic pan scourer to slightly roughen the surface for the paint to key to, then two coats of plastic filler primer to smooth out the rough pre-made surface, then a couple of coats of Toyota Super Red 3E5 paint, leave to dry over night and then two very wet coats of lacquer.
So far it has stood up to under bonnet temps and no signs of cracking or discolouring.
