Supercharged Lexus IS200 SE
Yeah, I was wanting to have my car show worthy by this season. But I don't think it'll happen. Will try to make it to a couple of shows though.
Bad news on the wheels, I was really lucky with the wheels I got off here, they are spot on. Just in desperate need of a refurb.
right little update
one or two of the dash bulbs where playing up so thought lets have a change of colour so instead of the blue LEDs i had we now have white SMDs
the remainder of the bulbs on the car i.e doors interior lights and the such are still blue
other than this still waiting to get the bumper in and sprayed but my guys are very busy at the moment.
anyway here are some pics sorry about the quality there from my phone
I gotta say... much prefer the white lights!
right well ive got a couple of things that i want to do to the car and its all in the planning stage at the moment so until then until then i thought id better give the car a good clean
this is how she started
after a wash
then after claybar washed and dried
then after polish and final detail
and then some pics as we all love them
Looking good, what did you take the pictures with?
And I really do like the yellow calipers against that colour paintwork
thanks, they where taken on a Sony A200 DSLR with a 18-70mm and 70-210mm lenses.
i love the yellow on Granit Sky gives it a nice look plus didnt want to go down the red/blue route wanted them to stand out a little
right well what to update on,
think i need to replace my front drop links as theres alot of play in them so will order a set and get that done.
also looking at getting an armrest for the car but still hunting at the moment,
and genrally getting the car ready for the RSCS at the end of may which includes getting the front bumper sprayed up and sorted and maybe the rear as well.
other than that i have ghot a second job to fill the money pot a little faster and to give me extra cash when needed so we shall see how it goes.
as always im sure theres more to come and of course plenty of pics

That's a great price for an OEM armrest I was thinking of doing the Fiat Stilo mod.
Well after our meet tonight I'm a little confused at an issue the back of my car seems high.
I'm on 40mm springs but its very high compared to others on the forum with 40mm springs.
I don't have a spare wheel but can't see if that would make that much of a difference.
Any ideas would be a great help, funds are so tight at the moment I really can't afford 600 for coilovers even though I would love to go out and grab a set as that would make me very happy.
My list of things I want to do doesn't seem to go down but instead grow in items.
You'll be amazed how much a difference a spare wheel do actually make mate! It will prob just be that
