My little project - IS200 Turbo
Looking at that picture, and the connectors on the site in Toxo's link above, the connector looks awfully like one of these :
Trouble is, I'm not sure it's exactly any of those. It looks from Stav's pic like the connectors go in at the "bottom", with those side slots at the "top". But there doesn't seem to be one like that ? Or am I interpreting it wrong ?
Edit - lol, simultaneous post with toxo
lol
OK the confusion is arising from the fact that those Nippondenso plugs have 4 pin locations, but the injector only has 2. As you can see the pins in Stav's injector are offset towards the bottom of the injector (away from the clip).
Where the text in that image is referring to slots they mean on the outside of the plug. Stav's definitely have a single outer slot, and it's at the top of the plug.
However unless you want to order your plugs from the states I don't see that really being very helpful!
Thanks toxo, I was looking at it again and already ordered a set at the same time that you were posting your reply. I think you're right and those look like the correct ones. Fingers crossed !
Bandit Would these be any good if you got stuck for them, the seller has more than the 4 pictured? CLICK ME?

Here's the latest update on the car.
The engine is nearly out of the car now, and will be taken apart soon and rebuilt with the new internals.
The plan regarding the mating of the turbo to the manifold has changed now. Originally the plan was to use an adapter (as pictured when I dropped the car off) which would bolt between the turbo and the manifold. Now they've tried it out, Charlesworth don't like that idea, and think it could be a weak point. So they're going to machine down the existing flang_e (wrong size) on the manifold, making up a new flang_e for it and weld that on. So basically the manifold itself will be altered to give the proper fitment, so the turbo can bolt straight onto it.
They don't think they're going to need to connect up the new injectors until towards the end of next week. So that gives a bit of time to sort out these connectors. As I said previously, I've ordered some from the US now, although we can't be 100% sure they're right till we try them.
No pics yet, but hopefully I'll get hold of some soon !

Gratz to Charlesworth though working at a great pace and I know quality is definately not compromised

The guys at Charlesworth motors will soon have you sorted mate, Good bunch of guys and a funny lot too :thumbup1: Hopefully it all goes together nicely so you have it back asap :thumbup1:
Marsdendean SO since they will need the connectors towards the end of the week, does that mean they will start rebuilding it?They should be able to start rebuilding the engine tomorrow. They can put it back together without the new injectors, those are only really needed once the turbo is on too and everything is connected up and being maxed out. To start with they need to run in the engine, so there's plenty they can do yet
