parthiban Nice one Steve, not sure why but this has come as more of a surprise than with others........
Perhaps you thought I had more sense ?

Time for more pics. Here's the Innovate LC-1 wideband lamda sensor/controller and air/fuel ratio gauge. These aren't in the "strictly necessary" category, since the turbo conversion could be done without them. But they're highly recommended, since if something goes wrong with the fuelling then I should be able to see it, and hopefully head off major engine damage.

Nice one Steve - you kept this quiet! Looks like you have this planned very well - which is a very good idea. So many times we see these things spiraling out of control. But it looks like you are in good hands and as always have your head screwed on.

Best of luck on this - see you at the weekend Smile

Was Supercharged Racing Green IS200 Sport. Now APR Stage 1 Seat Leon Cupra (220 Bhp).

I'm going to be using the GReddy e-manage Ultimate. Why ? Well, some sort of piggyback ECU is essential for a conversion like this, to control fuelling etc. The e-manage Ultimate has been used before IS200s and seems to have a good reputation. Even more importantly, the garage/mappers that I'm going to use have good experience with it.

New, uprated (550cc) Power Enterprise fuel injectors. Now these aren't 100% essential, since people have done turbo conversions using the OEM injectors. However, the injectors seem likely to be running very close to capacity at the power I'm looking at, and I would rather err on the side of reliability, rather than have them maxing out. They're pretty expensive though (especially of course since we need 6 for a 6-cylinder IS200).

Marsdendean If you dont mind steve, how much have you spent on parts so far without the labour - If you dont want to answer just yet, i understand!!

A lot ! Too much to justiify on a rational basis. For sure, if you want more bhp, then it would cost a lot less just to buy a new car, e.g. a Skyline or similar. But that's not the point ...
