And the best thing is that in the netherlands this will be legal. No need for auto leveling here.
Sad enough i see this now. I allready have angel eyes head light units with projector lenses build in. and sold my oem headlights.

they use same 9006 type bulb and 99% of time i use them with HID kit. remaining 1% is with halogen for MOT, no problems so far...
If I want to pass MOT with HID i also need washers and auto-leveling. If your car came with oem HID, I dont see any problem putting projectors in them and pass the MOT.
For bi-xenon projectors, you can just put halogen in them, turn off bi-xenon solenoid and keep stock high beams.
I did this 3 years ago, but without bi-xenon feature and with projectors from Mitsubishi 3000GT...
here is a pic:
