phoned up thor racing today and found out that there is two types of r154 gearbox. one that has a external gear stick and the other internal gear **** so the one with the external gear shift is the on i need because it will sit right with the lexus interior but you know what i have the internal gear stick so only way to sort that out either cut the interior to make it fit or send the gearbox away to thor racing and they will take gearbox apart and move the gear stick back and they dont recomend that because the gearbox will make a lot of noise and vibration.
so i was thinking about it and i decided to get the gearbox sent away and get the gear stick moved back because to find a r154 with external gear stick is very rare so thats why i decided to get the gearbox sent away and that would do for the time being and till i find one with the external gear stick.
Thor racing is going to get back to me tommarow with a price for all that and a prices for a uprated clutch.
they also recomended to use the 7mgte injectors as they have had good experience with those injectors.
