To be fair it's quite new so may get better over time. Nokia's biggest problem will be that they are going against the grain - developers are most likely to stick with iOS, android and WP7 due to the volumes of customers involved. Unless Nokia can gain a substantial market share (in smartphones), that's unlikely to change.
