According to the official spec sheet, you need the following :

manual gearbox - 1.8L API GL-3 SAE 75W-90
lsd - 1.0L Hypoid gear oil API GL-5 SAE 90

Go for fully synthetic in these. You can actually use the same oil in both (using the higher API GL-5 spec). Something like this stuff. Opie Oils have a big sale on at the moment

As Moley said, DOT 5.1 is what you want for the brake fluid. Do not use DOT 5, which will not mix with the other types of brake fluid.

I'm not sure how much 5.1 you'll need, but it'll probably take a few litres to flush it all through (until the dirty old stuff starts turning into clear new stuff).

As for braided brake lines, not sure. The Goodridge ones are pretty easy to get hold of, you'll find them on eBay. There are different fittings depending on the model year of your car, I think, something that was debated at length on here a while back. Make sure the seller tells you they're the right ones for your car, in writing, so that if there's a problem you can get a refund/swap.

Handbrake shoes are as follows :

46540-28010 and 46550-28010
46540-18010 and 46590-28010

You need all four of those for a set. These are only the shoes, not the springs, shims or anything else. Ormi will be able to better advise on whether you should be changing anything else.
